A panel of experts will review papers, and selected papers will be published in the conference proceedings or HEC-recognized journals.

Guide for Authors

Following are the General Guidelines for Manuscript Preparation.

Title Page:

Title: Should be concise and informative.

Authors: Full names of all authors.

Affiliations: Institutional affiliations of each author.

Corresponding Author: Name, address, phone number, and email of the corresponding author.

Abstract: Length: Typically, 150-250 words. Summarize the key objectives, methods, results, and conclusions of the study.

Keywords: Include 4-6 keywords that encapsulate the main topics of the paper.

Main Text:

Introduction: Present the background, significance, and objectives of the study.

Literature Review: (if applicable) Review existing literature relevant to the study.

Materials and Methods: Detailed description of the methods and procedures used in the study.

Results: Present the findings of the study clearly and concisely.

Discussion: Interpret the results, discuss their implications, and compare them with previous studies.

Conclusion: Summarize the main findings and their importance.

Acknowledgments: Recognize any contributions from individuals or organizations that are not authors.

References: List all sources cited in the text according to the journal’s preferred citation style.

Figures and Tables: Number consecutively and provide descriptive captions. Ensure high quality and clarity. Mention each figure and table in the text.

Supplementary Materials: Include any additional materials that support the findings (e.g., datasets, detailed protocols).

Post-Submission:

Peer Review: Experts in the field will review your manuscript. Be prepared to address reviewers’ comments and make necessary revisions.

Ethical Considerations:

Originality: Ensure that your work is original and has not been published elsewhere.

Plagiarism: Avoid plagiarism by properly citing all sources and using your own words and ideas.

Conflicts of Interest: Disclose any potential conflicts of interest.

Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of your data.

1. For Abstract Submission:

Your abstract should provide a summary of the research conducted, the conclusions reached, and the potential implications of those conclusions. Use the same header/logos as shown in the Abstract Template A strong abstract will also:

  1. Consist of a single paragraph up to 250 words, with correct grammar and unambiguous terminology
  2. Be self-contained; without abbreviations, footnotes, references, or mathematical equations
  3. Highlight what is novel in your work
  4. Include 3-5 keywords or phrases that describe the research, with any abbreviations clearly defined, to help readers find your article Keywords

Using the 4-5 keywords in your article can make it more easily and reliably discoverable which leads to a broader readership for your article.


2. Full-Length Article Submission:

2.1 General Information

  1. All submissions made at [email protected] must be in English either US or UK. All papers must be original and unpublished work.
  2. By submitting your work, you agree to allow 2nd AIRC reviewers to screen your work for plagiarism.
  3. The suggested length for full papers is between 4 to 6 pages, including all text, tables, figures, and references. We encourage all authors to use as much of the allowed space to effectively explain their work.
  4. Please use the 2nd AIRC Paper Template (Word) to prepare your paper.

2.2 Corresponding Author:

  1. Each paper submitted to the 2nd AIRC must have a designated corresponding author assigned.
  2. The corresponding author is responsible for all activities related to the paper submission.
  3. The corresponding author acts as the assigned manager of the paper and should have the authority to speak collectively on behalf of all authors.

3. Oral Presentation Guidelines:

  1. All authors are required to use electronic presentations. Presentation files must be in Windows-compatible PowerPoint (*.ppt or *.pptx). Other platform users should ensure that their presentations will show correctly using the Windows operating system.
  2. Each oral talk (except plenary talks) is allocated 10 minutes total: 05 minutes of presentation time followed by 5 minutes of questions & answers. Please prepare your presentation accordingly and adhere strictly to these time limits.
  3. All presentation files must be emailed to [email protected] before the start of your session. The exact requirements for your upload will be announced in a separate email to the author.
  4. The presentations must be in English.
