Eligibility criteria:
Air University is seeking a highly qualified Trainer with skills necessary to train in character and leadership development. The ideal candidate should fulfil the relevant HEC criteria for the posts from Pakistani Nationals, holding BS / MS / M Phil / equivalent degree in Leadership Development/ Instructional Design / Behavioral science or a related field.
The candidate must possess degree from any of the HEC recognized university. Publication and experience must be as per HEC criteria. 4-5 years of relevant experience in leadership and character development training, instructional design or a related role.
Additional Requirements:
(a) In case of foreign degree, HEC equivalence would be required.
(b) Candidates serving / retired from Armed Forces /Govt department can apply through proper channel.
(c) Certification from at least one of the reputed organizations (IFC (World Bank), Franklin Covey and Dale Carnegie).
(d) Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
(e) Ability to adapt training methods to suit diverse learning styles.
(f) Ability to work collaboratively with other team members in a military training setting and handle diverse audiences.
(g) High integrity, professionalism and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
(a) Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs on character and leadership development tailored for PAF instructors.
(b) Utilize instructional design principles to create innovative and impactful training programs focused on character development and leadership skills.
(c) Design comprehensive learning experiences that cater to the unique needs of PAF cadets.
(d) Collaborate with subject matter experts to tailor training content as per requirement.
(e) Create comprehensive training curricula that align with the core values of the Jinnah Centre for Character and Leadership.
(f) Develop training materials and resources to support the learning process
(g) Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to PAF cadets, focusing on character building and leadership development.
(h) Conduct workshops, seminars, and practical training sessions aligned with modern leadership principles.
(i) Implement experiential learning techniques to enhance participant engagement and practical application of learned skills.
(j) Integrate best practices and cutting-edge methodologies to continually improve the impact and relevance of training programs.
(k) Mentor and coach instructors to enhance their instructional techniques for cadet training.
(l) Design pre and post-training assessments to measure the effectiveness of the training programs.
(m) Continuously evaluate training outcomes and gather feedback from participants to enhance program quality and performance reviews.
(n) Continuously improve training curricula based on evolving leadership development trends.
