Eligibility Criteria:

Master/Graduate or equivalent qualification from HEC recognized institute.

Have 3-5 years Hostel management/administration experience, preferably in educational institutes/ reputed setups.

Competencies:

Have hands on experience in managing/ supervising hostel activities for smooth function of the hostel/messes and other facilities, like:

• Accommodation of hostel students.

• Maintenance & cleanliness of Hostel.
• Serving of food to students(quality & quantity).
• Safety & security
• Students discipline at hostel.
• Handling of student’s complaints/grievances appropriately.
• Record maintenance of hostel/mess bills.
• Coordination with parents of students.

The candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to the resolution of administrative problems.

Ability to create a positive environment through own passion and energy.

It’s a Full Time (24/7) job and stays in Hostel: accommodation(AC room) will be provide.
