Qualification:

  • Bachelors’/ Master or equivalent qualification preferably in Business Administration/ Supply Chain Management from HEC recognized university.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10-15 years’ experience of Management, Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management and Support Services in reputed public/ private sector organizations.
  • Experience in a similar position in reputed educational/ medical institution will be preferred.
  • Able to plan, coordinate and execute academic/ administrative/ procurement activities and events.
  • Working experience in handling procurement process, through tender notices.
  • Conversant with PPRA rules and regulations of relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Knowledge of forecasting as well as management of demand & delivery of material and services to get quality/cost effective goods and services.
  • Committed to promote energy conservation and implement effective energy management strategies.
  • Management of Security and Transport sections
  • Strong verbal/ written communication skills.
  • Well versed with computer skills.
