Air University is looking for a qualified and experienced professional for the position of Dy. Director Student Affairs:

Qualification Required:

Post-Graduate degree preferably MBA / MS from an accredited University with Professional training courses

Experience Required:

Minimum 5 – 7 years’ managerial level relevant experience preferably in HEIs. 

The candidate should have an appropriate combination of education, training, and experience that includes extensive expertise in Student Affairs Programs and Services, continuous quality improvement processes, budget and fiscal management.

Job Description:

Responsible for the Student Affairs budget planning and optimization;

Engage in strategic planning to set operational goals and initiatives;

Develop practices to coordinate programs, projects and activities to ensure efficiency and increase effectiveness

Hire and develop top talent and future university leaders;

Devises and deploys high impact strategies and practices that narrows the opportunity gap between students;

Devises and deploys high impact strategies and practices to drastically increase retention and graduation rates.

Collaboration and Innovation

Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to embrace an inclusive learning community that values excellence, integrity, and respect for all cultures;

Establish a Strategic Plan that aligns with the University’s mission and values and Master Academic Plan;

Develops a bold vision for the Student Affairs Unit and inspires results
