Air University is looking for a qualified and experienced professional for the position of Deputy Director at its Office of Research, Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC).

 

EligibilityCriteria

 

Education: Candidates holding Masters / PhD Degree or equivalent degree from HEC recognized Universities / Institutes are eligible to apply.

 

Experience:

1.           Minimum of 5 - 7 years of working experience in Research & Development, Project management, Research Commercialization, Intellectual Property Rights and entrepreneurship including management of Start-ups and subsidiary companies preferably in University / Educational Institutes or any national / International reputable organization is required.

 

2.           The candidate should have thorough knowledge of Research & Development, Commercialization, entrepreneurship, Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) and HEC policies on Research, Innovation and Commercialization.

 

Skills:

1.           Thorough knowledge of Research, Innovation and Commercialization.

2.           Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

3.           Research & Development, Intellectual Property Rights and entrepreneurship

4.           Project Proposal formulation and knowledge of national / international donor agencies including HEC.
