Air University is looking for a qualified and experienced professional for the position of Director Human Resource Management & Development.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates holding Masters degree / MBA in Human Resource Management or equivalent degree from HEC recognized Universities/institutes are eligible to apply.

Experience:

1.  Minimum 10 years of working experience in HRM, prefereably in University / Educational institutes or any national/international reputable organization is required.

2.  The candidate should have thorugh knowledge of HR practices and HEC policies of faculty hiring.

Skills:

1. Thorugh knowledge of HR operations and strategic HR planning/management.

2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Training need analysis, career development framework and problem solving skills.
