Degree and Work Experience

MS/Bachelor’sdegree in any of the following IT/CS/IS/SE/EE.

Minimum 7 years’experience in Qualityassurance as per standards practices, specialization in Quality Assurance &Testing of security products

Experienced in leading a Teamof QA resources

Complete knowledge of SDLCphases and their implementations, sound knowledge of SSDLC (e.g. MicrosoftSDL), and knowledge of Software Testing in an Agile/Scrum framework andSecurity Testing of Info/ Cyber Security Products/ Tools/ Applications.Thorough Understanding of functional and non-functional testing using tools

COMPETENCIES/SKILLSET:

?       Must be capable enough to leadresources to achieve goals and polish his team skillset.

?    Must be capable enough to workindependently/without supervision with clients.

?     Strong knowledge of software QAmethodologies, tools and processes.

?    Understanding of SQL and databases, should be comfortable inwriting SQL queries (DB knowledge: Mongo DB, NoSQL etc)

?      Ability to translate DesignRequirements to Test Requirement

?   Hands-on experience with blackbox testing & good knowledge of python

?        Experience working in anAgile/Scrum development process

?        Good Knowledge of Load testingand API testing

?     Familiar with issue tracking tool JIRA.Knowledge of working with SOAP and REST services and understanding of SOA architecture.

?        Strong Programming conceptswith OOP and coding skills in any language. Knowledge of QA CMMi level adherence

?        Relevant QA certifications willbe a plus
