Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates holding MBA in Human ResourceManagement or MS/MSc from HEC recognized University / Institute are eligible toapply.
Minimum 15 years of experience preferably inHR Department of University/ Educational Institute or any reputableOrganization is required.
The candidate should have considerable andthorough knowledge of HR practices within a professional services environmentincluding employment law and employee relations and communications, with soundconflict management, negotiation and problem solving skills.
