Strengthening Alumni Bonds

Alumni Meeting with VC

Our alumni engaged in a meaningful conversation with the Vice Chancellor to enhance alumni engagement and contribute to the university's growth and success

An inspiring meeting of Vice Chancellor with AU alumnus Muhammad Haseeb Khizar (Bachelor of Engineering in Telecom Engineering, 2018–2022), currently based in France, highlighting alumni success, international presence, and exploring future alumni collaborations to enrich opportunities for current students.

Vice Chancellor met AU alumna Maryam Nisar (Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics Engineering, 2005–2009), now Commercial Director at Jazz, to celebrate her success and discuss alumni engagement for student growth.

A meaningful meeting was held between the Vice Chancellor and UK-based Air University alumnus Mr. Assad Javaid (Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics, 2005–2009). During the interaction, Mr. Javaid shared valuable feedback on behalf of the alumni community and reflected on his remarkable professional journey….from his formative years at Air University to achieving success in the UK, where he is currently associated with Alkegen, a leading multinational company.

Today (11 Dec 2025), the Vice Chancellor had an inspiring and energising meeting with Syed Usama Bin Sabir — Mechatronics Engineering Alumnus (Batch 2016–2020) and the first Airian at Cornell University, USA. Currently pursuing his PhD in Agricultural Robotics, Osama is back in Islamabad during his holidays and took the time to visit his alma mater and meet the VC. His journey from AU to Cornell is a powerful reminder that big dreams do take flight. We love seeing our alumni shine — stay connected, stay inspired, and keep aiming higher!
