Qualification & Experience:
1. Bachelor's (16 years) or Equivalent Degreein any discipline from HEC recognized University/Institution.
2. Must have 1-2 years’ experience.Preference will be given to the candidates having experience in educationinstitutes.
Job Responsibilities& Skills:
1. Liaison with different organizations by using different prospective approach.
2. Providing support in arranging/coordinating job fairs and seminars.
3. One-on-One counseling sessions with students on career development
4. Assist students in all aspects of the job search including resume writing, interviewing techniques and job referrals.
5. Arrange training programs for soft skills and for interview-facing skills for the students using institutional and external expertise.
6. Performing activities relating to communication and coordination (within the department and externally), including communication, such as emails, announcements, minutes and reports.
7. Coordination with team in maintaining discipline and implementing a code of conduct within the campus as a routine task.
8. Establish and build relationships with a wide range of alumni, locally, regionally, nationally and internationally; maintain regular communication with alumni via direct contact, emails, alumni web pages, and print publications
9. Educate graduating students about alumni benefits and engage them in programs
10. Collaborate closely with colleagues in increasing support from alumni.
11. Communicate development-related activities to alumni via email, alumni portal, etc
12. Manage existing and/or additional alumni programs, services and communications
