Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in Economics or Business Management.
- Minimum 05 years’ experience directly related to Procurement Management.
- Retired Armed Forces personnel of the rank, Sqn Ldr or equivalent of the relevant branch / arm may also apply.

- Able to uphold and respect procurement ethics and to conduct activities with integrity.
- A team player who demonstrates patience, flexibility and honesty.
- Strong negotiation,interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to organize,prioritize and scheduling of the work assignment.
- Knowledge and understanding of procurement management, methods, practices, concepts, principles, and procedures.
- Familiar with government laws, regulations and procurement procedures.
- Ability to evaluate supplier bids in accordance with established criteria concerning specification, price,service and delivery mechanism.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and end users.
- Competent in using personal computers and related software applications.
