Assistant Director Finance – Budget

Qualification

CA (Inter) / ACCA / ICMA / equivalent from any HEC recognized university. 

Experience

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience of Industry/ Working experience in HEIs will be given preference.

Key expertise/ Responsibilities

1. Sound accounting skills and knowledge of IAS & IFRS.

2. Hands on experience of accounting softwares.

3. MS Excel proficiency.

4. Recording and Maintenance of all books of accounts.

5. Responsible for the development and monitoring of the university's budget.

6. Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.

7. Prepare and maintain financial reports and forecasts.

8. Coordinate with QEC department to provide financial data for university rankings.

9. Coordinate with academic departments to provide data for accreditation requirements.       

10. Ensure compliance with IAS/IFRS and other relevant regulations.

11. Provide support during audits and financial reviews.

12. Contribute to the continuous improvement of budgeting processes and procedure.

13. Any other task as assigned by management.
