Required Qualification & Experience
MBA or Equivalentdegree form HEC recognized Institute / University with minimum CGPA of 3.0 onthe scale of 4.0
A total of 8-10years of experience in office management with at least 4 years of experience atofficer level. However candidates with experience of an HEC recognized Institute/ University will be given preference.
Job Responsibilities
AssistantDirector Examinations will be responsible for the following tasks;

Smoothconduct of examinations by ensuring secrecy and the implementation of AUpolicies in this regard.

Custodyand printing of the exams question papers.

Preparationof schedules for the examinations in coordination with the academicdepartments.

Preparationof seating plan and display at the exam venues.

Ensureavailability of exams related material (answer books, continuation sheets etc).

Preparationof material for the examination rooms (Answer Books, Question Papers,continuation sheets etc).

Ensuretimely processing and declaration of examination results.

Postresult actions and maintenance of records related to examinations.

Draftpolicy guidelines pertaining to examinations.

Postingof Final Year Project results after thorough scrutiny of the supportingdocuments.

Preparationand custody of question data bank for computer based entrance tests in coordination with the academicdepartments and ensure timely and correct entry of the same in the database.

Preparationof Academic Calendar.

Completionof various tasks related to conduct of AU Convocations.

Visitof affiliated colleges to study academics and examination systems.
