Qualification:
BA/BSc or equivalent qualification from HEC recognized institute.
Experience:
Minimum 8-10 years’ Experience of Office Management, Supervision, Coordination, and Documentation in reputed public/private organization preferably educational institutions.
Drafting of letters, emails & minutes.
Record keeping(office files, folders & letters etc)
Internal and external mail handling.
Must have computer skills (MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Having good communication skills.
Retired JCO from Armed Forces with vast office management experience can also apply.
